Shipping & Returns

All orders are typically shipped within seven to fourteen business days of the day you place your order (this is because almost all bags are sewn to order after we get your order). We ship using UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS), or FedEx. We automatically charge a flat per bag shipping rate, but for multi-bag orders we will typically refund the portion of your total shipping charge that exceeds the actual cost to ship your order. We are not out to make a profit on shipping. We typically use methods that permit tracking of packages.

International Orders
International orders are typically shipped using USPS. FedEx options are available. Please feel free to e-mail us regarding international orders. Taxes, duties and customs charges incurred in your home country are your responsibility so please plan accordingly (we are, of course, happy to work with you on logistics).

Returns
You may return anything that you are not perfectly happy with. The only catch is that the item needs to be unused and undamaged and returned at your expense within ten days of the date of purchase. The only other catch is that if you are returning three or more items, we must charge a restocking fee of 30%. We don’t charge a restocking fee to be mean or cruel, but rather because my studio is tiny (in all but the rarest of cases, it’s just me sewing each bag) and orders of more than three items are always sewn to order. The restocking fee covers the modest cost of our not being able to use the returned materials in other bags.
